The Shelter the Homeless Committee is made up of volunteers working to raise funds for needy individuals, as well as for organizations which provide food and shelter. The primary goal is to serve the local community, but special fundraisers are occasionally held for charitable needs or projects outside our area. The committee has raised thousands of dollars for local organizations such as the Upper Valley Haven, Hixon Singles Shelter, Friends of Veterans, Habitat for Humanity, and for international organizations such as for Food for the Poor.
Fundraising events include Music Concerts, a Charity Golf Outing and Parish Dinner, a Fall Calendar Raffle, and a Christmas Ornament Sale. Donation drives have also been held for The Christmas Giving Tree and The Woodstock Food Shelf.
Committee membership is open to anyone in the Woodstock area who wishes to join us in fundraising and other charitable activities.
Please contact the Parish Office for details.

The Book of Intentions at the back of the church is available to all who wish to enter petitions to be remembered at Mass.
