The Eucharist within the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass constitutes the “source and summit” of the Christian life as taught by all the Church Councils.  Our life of prayer and celebration at OLS calls for much preparation on the part of the different ministries who work closely with Fr. Mike.  Call the parish office if you would like more information about participating in the following ministries important to our worship:

  • Lectors
  • Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion
  • Intercessors
  • Cantors
  • Greeters and Ushers
  • Decorators

The different seasons, feasts, and festivals are wonderful events throughout the liturgical calendar year beckoning all to follow in the way of the Lord.  We welcome new members into Christ’s Church through Baptism most especially at the Easter Vigil.  The sacrament of Reconciliation has been a long-standing source of special grace, especially during the Advent and Lenten seasons, as a means of finding forgiveness from God and thereby bringing peace to oneself.  The Sacraments provide comfort and peace to the sick and dying.  Our Lady of the Snows celebrates The Seven Sacraments:

  • Baptism
  • Reconciliation
  • Holy Communion
  • Confirmation
  • Anointing of the Sick
  • Holy Orders
  • Matrimony

Please contact Fr. Mike at the Parish Office for additional details.

Visit the Sick

Father Mike is committed to making visits and bringing Holy Communion to people unable to attend Mass.  He is assisted by Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion.  Please reach out to Father Mike after Mass or phone the Parish Office if you know of someone in need of this assistance, or if you would like to help in this ministry.

The Book of Intentions at the back of the church is available to all who wish to enter petitions to be remembered at Mass.
